Warranty

All reconditioned rollers come with a 6 month* warranty against faulty materials or workmanship. This means that if within 6 months* of the roller being reinstalled into the machine, the urethane breaks, lifts off or wears down to the metal surface level, Roller-Spec will recondition the roller again at no charge, excluding the cost of removal and reinstallation in the machine, or downtime costs. Any accidental damage is not covered under this warranty. This warranty is conditional on the roller being correctly reinstalled in the machine by a qualified person, to the original manufacturers recommended standard machine settings and maintained at those settings. * relates to a normal working enviroment of 8 hour days, 6 days per week

IMPORTANT- PLEASE NOTE

Use only "VARN" roller and blanket wash "VWM" or "VM-111" to clean all Roller-Spec refurbished rollers. Rollers must not be soaked in wash, only vigorously wiped off with a moistened cleaning cloth. If you have any questions regarding this instruction, please contact us before using any other cleaning fluid. Your warranty can be voided if you do not follow this instruction.

PAYMENT TERMS

Our payment terms are strictly pre-payment prior to goods being released. We are unable to offer accounts.

There are a number of payment options available

• Direct Deposit into our bank account
• Mail your cheque to us in advance
